Tech Lead IRIS Fin-X
Qualification:
BE or MCA or any other Post degree in Computer Science or relevant field. Desired that the candidate is from a good institute
Minimum of 5 years experience in .Net technologies and Object Oriented Design and development
Experience:
- Strong experience of Architecting and Design
- Strong experience of estimation and planning
- Strong in .Net 3.5, C#, ASP.Net, AJAX, ADO.Net, VB.Net, Web Services
- Strong experience in multi-threaded coding using C#
- Strong in SQL Server and Oracle database technologies
- Strong in Microsoft IIS configuration and administration
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong Architecture and Design skills using best practices and patterns
- Creating and Reviewing Architecture document and technical design documents
- Design and develop reusable components and frameworks for the product using Object oriented methodology
- Mentor the development team and provide technical leadership
- Abreast of latest technologies & tools and put to use as and when required
- Define Coding and other standards
- Code as and when required
- Code review and ensure team follows the set standard
- Assist the Project Manager in estimation and planning

He should be adept in using project management software like Microsoft projects for planning & execution. The

Ideal candidate would be an MBA from the 2001 2003 batch. Preferred institute is XIM-B, NITIE, IIT- SOM etc.

A candidate with techno functional skill sets. He should understand finance (with desired knowledge of accounts).
He should also understand XML technology well.
A candidate who has very good knowledge of XML and decent knowledge of accounting would be the right fit for the position.
The candidate should have excellent written as well as oral communication skills.
Work Profile:
The chosen candidate will work in the XBRL team as a business Analyst. He would be required to
completely learn XBRL. He would form the bridge between the domain team and the development team.
He will also be responsible for a product and would lead all development/ enhancements. He would be
required to keep abreast of all the developments in the space.
